The precise types of personal data that will be discussed in our coaching sessions will depend on the personal circumstances of each client. However, all of this personal data will be voluntarily provided by you. It may be recorded in the form of notes taken by the coach, which will be stored securely (see Section 6). This information is used strictly to provide personalised coaching services.

Your information is stored securely via an encrypted cloud storage system and on password-protected devices, and any paper notes are kept in a locked location. We take all reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
For coaching clients, records are retained for as long as needed or a maximum of 7 years in line with professional best practice and insurance guidelines, unless you request otherwise.
We use a third-party email provider to store emails you send us. Our third-party email provider is Gmail from Google. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how people use our website. Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Coaching clients

Where we have reason to believe there is an immediate risk of harm to you or another party, or of criminal activity, we would share information with emergency services.

For the purposes of gaining additional coaching qualifications/accreditation with Professional bodies (such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), we may share information such as your name, contact details and number of coaching hours received. We would seek your consent prior to sharing this.
All providers we use comply with UK GDPR or have equivalent safeguards in place.
